Rebecca Jones video, “Standing Just Like You“, was launched locally at yesterday’s Community Living ‘Breakfast with the Mayor’ event. The event was hosted by Wellington`s Pub and Grill in Parry Sound.  100 people from all circles of our Parry Sound community enjoyed the fresh and delicious breakfast donated by Wellington’s.  Each person present brought a unique perspective to the morning and many were brought to tears by the message in Becky’s video.  Queen`s University, who initiated the project along with other stakeholders, will be pleased to hear from people what the documentary made them think and feel; so thank you to those who filled out the survey with your feedback.  Becky bravely shares her story with viewers in order to voice the message that she has the right to a full and meaningful life just like anyone else.

After you have taken the time to view this video, for research purposes (and more funds to promote Person Directed Planning), please complete the survey below created by Queen’s University; it will be very useful and appreciated.
