Personal Achievements to Higher Success (P.A.T.H.S)
P.A.T.H.S is school program that operates in partnership between Community Living Parry Sound and the Near North District School Board. The Ministry of Education, under Section 20, has agreed to fund a new secondary school program called P.A.T.H.S.: Personal Achievements to Higher Success. This program will run out of the Parry Sound High School and will be available to students who are part of Community Living Parry Sound’s Transitional Youth Services (TYS) program.
The P.A.T.H.S. program is intended to meet the individual educational, social, emotional and behavioural needs of students who are identified with having an intellectual disability. An emphasis is placed on age appropriate functional programming in the areas of academic, vocational and community.
