Person Centred Focus
Community Living Parry Sound, in partnhership with Almaguin Highlands Community Living,
Community Living South Muskoka, and Community Living West Nipissing have embarked on
a new initiaive to provide person centred planning to children and youth in those areas. This
initiative wil include individual planning for children and youth and provide schools with
supports through one page profile workshops in classrooms throughout those communities
over the next year. Funding totaling $116,800 for this initiative was generously donated by
the Ontario Trillium Foundation.
