Results from the 2018-2019 Satisfaction Surveys

CLPS Dashboard – COMBINED- FINAL

Community Living Parry Sound worked with LIFT Philanthropy Partners and MNP Consultants to create two new satisfaction surveys that helped to gather feedback about the support services offered by the organization. The first survey was completed by family members of people receiving services from Community Living Parry Sound. The second survey was created specifically for the people who receive services through agency-managed Passport funding. The surveys provide a channel for feedback from the people who receive support services from the organization – and the feedback gives us insight on how to better improve services in the future.

If you have any questions about the surveys or their results, please contact Kim Gauthier, Manager of Individualized Services and Quality Assurance, at (705) 746-9330×241 or kgauthier@clps.ca

While the surveys are closed, we are always open to hearing your feedback, comments and concerns.

CLPS is thrilled to announce our partnership with LIFT!

Over eighteen months, LIFT will collaborate with CLPS to advance our Community First Philosophy and our personalized approach to helping people build satisfying lives in their community.  The bold vision of Community Living Parry Sound is for “A community where all people have the power and freedom to determine the life they want”.  LIFT Philanthropy Partners has added CLPS to their social purpose portfolio and we are very excited to be working with them.
