Team Tudhope wins 2014 Trophy
Team Tudhope took home the trophy but people supported by Community Living are the biggest winners of the day.
It takes community spirit, participation and generosity to make the golf tournament successful. Scotiabank, was our corporate sponsor, the Knights of Columbus made a generous donation, Parry Sound Fuels sponsored dinner and Parry Sound Insurance provided a delicious Oyster Bar. The Moose edged on participants to stir up fun and funds and everyone who purchased Hole signs contributed to the days cause. As well as golf Community Living Parry Sound received many items donated by local businesses to be put into a Silent Auction; Golf weekend packages, framed paintings, household items, fly & dine and ATV experiences. It all makes for a wonderful day for those who participate and a fortunate day for the recipients of people’s generosity. Rocky Crest is a lovely venue but this year Mother Nature, against all odds, provided a beautiful sunny day as the perfect backdrop to the efforts of all involved. Thank you Parry Sound.
